I just ordered my cover and the salesman thought we had reached the 20, but when he asked, the lady thought mine was number 17.

I really wish this cover didn't take up the front of the bed when you open it otherwise I would be all in on it. . .especially for the price difference between this cover and the Solidfold/Backflip, which are the two I'm leaning toward.

Here's my situation. I load my bed with mulch, topsoil, drywall, lumber, etc. very regularly (remolding my house, move, remodel, repeat, etc. - hey I almost make as much money doing this as my day job as an architect) so that space taken up by the tonneau really isn't good for me. How hard is this cover to remove and gain back that space on a regular basis?

If you guys could convince me this cover would suit my needs as well as or better then the other two options I am considering I would definitely be in. I've been following this group buy/cover for a while and have to admit I am intrigued.

Takes 30 secs to remove the cover.

jjm -

From your description of how you use your truck bed, I think you'd find the Peragon truck bed cover would work well for you. Our quick release feature does allow you to remove the cover in less than 30 seconds - without tools. When you're headed across town and need to pick up a load of mulch without much notice, the Peragon cover won't be in your way. Just quick release it and stow it in the back of your cab.

There are other good cover options out there, but I think you'd be impressed with what we have to offer. We give you a great deal of flexibility in how you use your truck bed and our solid aluminum design will hold up well in a commercial application like yours. Security, flexibility, good looks and a compelling price - what's not to love?

jjm,
Welcome aboard. So far, I've installed and removed the cover several times on both of my trucks. It's very quick and will come in handy for the things I plan in the future. I didn't want to mess with the blocked view of the other covers or the permanent space taken up by others. I felt that the quick remove and replace was the answer for me, while installed I feel my items are secure.

In fact, I didn't tell anyboyd this yet, but the other day I found that someone had gone through my truck. I guess I left it open. They obviously knew what they were doing by the way they had opened up the center seat all the way to the floor. My son was talking about wearing a gillie suit with he knew bow and scary the bageebees out of them the next time.

Default New guy...add one more to the list.

I stumbled on to this thread last week when searching for a tonneau for my new F150.

I haven't done any sort of an intro, but as far as the topic of this group buy goes, "money talks and BS walks."

I just got off the phone with Roger and placed my order...from the last page of this thread, it looks like I might be #20.
