Peragon Truck Bed Cover Group Buy
Heath, I bet this is how my bed cover got dented en route to my location. It's 2:41 PM Saturday, 09-10-2011. I just verified that there is a significant hole punched through the bottom of the box your guys sent me. I'm sure that it was damaged by the delivery company. I'll post picture ASAP for your claims department.
My son's component or hardward (in the small box) must be shifting around. I found one of his brackets sticking through. I'll have to check the cover to make sure it isn't dented. But we're still installing. I just want to make sure what the span at the bolts are supposed to be and make them identical, insuring the cover doesn't get twisted up and thererfore breaking down later on down the road. I'm very pleased with the one I installed on my truck, even with the small dent. But when I receive the replacement you sent, I'll ship this one back to you ASAP. Great cover. I have some mod ideas already in store later down the road. I have no plans to sit on it, but I'd like to play with some simple open and close ideas, using a pully system attached to my truck's bed tie downs. It'll be a simple pull strap idea. But I have to look at reinforcing the bed cover.

I have also received my cover!
Got a call from Roger in middle of day also can't answer at work, same thing call if issues, check for damage, REAL customer service.
Packaging is very good.
I had a huge dent in the side of the panel box but thanks to the box being larger than the panels themselves there is no damage I can see.
There is an unsecured box of parts in with the panels that slides around, it is beside the panels so won't damage those. Seems little weird not being taped in place or something.
Took plenty of pictures of the packaging. lol
I'd love to install this but got to get the line-x done first.

Just had to take a brief break to post picutures of shipping problems that Heath needs his people to work out. Customer service is like no other. Great company to work with.

Mark me down for #15! I just placed my order online right now. I will be leaving Tuesday (13SEP) to spend 17 days doing some good ol' Army field training! Hooah. I now have something to look forward to once I get back :
: Let's get to 20, people!

If all 15 who already purchased wanted to put, say, $10 into the kitty for me, well, you know.
I just got my new truck last weekend and been doing my due diligence before pulling the trigger on a new cover.
A couple of questions:
-I saw one video where it looked like the guy drilled through the outside of the quarter panel to the inside of the bed to mount the rail; we're not drilling up under the caps?
-a picture on the Peragon site scared me.
Zoom in on this:

Are all the installations gapped like that? I don't really know what I am looking at, but looks almost as if there is a channel on the rail that was smashed to fit the cover on top of a cargo system or something...so maybe this is a one-off thing and most install flush.
I am looking at two over covers, but one is 50% more and the other is 300% more, and being the cheap fok that I am, well, put me down for a strong probably.
