Heath,
Here are 2 pics of my bed rail cover, assuming they'll show up when I post this.

Both of my boxes just arrived here at my office and both look to be in good shape I hopefully will be installing mine tomorrow if all goes well along with the BedRug that got here too

Minnesota to Austin TX in 48 hours via ground ain't too shabby!

Great pics! That won't be a roadblock. If you choose to leave the rail cap like it is, you'll just need to add a few more spacing washers between our mounting bracket and the guide rail in that corner. While you wouldn't need to, I'm guessing you'd be happiest with the overall look if you did trim the bed liner so that rail cap flattens out. If you did run into any questions on this during the install, we'd be happy to help out.

If we promoted the ability to haul cargo on the cover with a load rating of X, someone would haul 3X on it. This is a minefield we've chosen to avoid.

Breaking news...

Rodger (our resident Peragon guru) was looking over this thread and noticed your question. He worked with another Peragon customer who also hauled kayaks with his 2011 F150. The customer found a rack solution that worked with our cover and he was kind enough to provide us with quite a few photos. We have a brief description and good pictures of the two products together on this dedicated page of our website. Something along these lines might work well for you.

We've got your order - thank you! You're #9, but member 8mpg indicated his buddy was planning to be #10 - so it looks like we're practically there! I'll follow up with him next.
