Peragon Truck Bed Cover Group Buy
I think your instructions need updated.
At 4 3/4 from inside front rail is clip where plastic cap attaches to top of bed sides.
So I moved that in 1" so it 5 3/4.
With the sliding bolt design of partagon rails I don't expect any issues moving that.
Holes drilled and primed (can't hurt).
Now on to step 2, mowing the yard! (It's in the manual somewhere.)

Moving the bracket rearward to miss that plastic clip is perfect. You're right, the mounting t-slot in our guide rails gives you a good bit of leeway. We try to pick a dimension that misses those, but from what I understand they are in slightly different spots depending on the model year.
Yes, the "Mowing the Yard" section is right before the "Nap in the Hammock" section in our manual.

Can't tell how many wtf moments with the order of these steps.
Should be done soon. I hope.
What box contains the 6 pack again?
For anyone else buying these.
BUY MASKING TAPE!
Stupid rubber strip keeps getting in way.
Edit (2 hours later):
Ran out of daylight.
I spent way too much time on the rails and they still don't look right.
They angle up on each side because of the stupid plastic rail caps.
It does work but I'm not happy with the look yet.
I'll probably try bending the brackets tomorrow and see if that helps.
Right now the paragon on the caps is not level.
Opens first two pairs of panels (4), last two panels stop suddenly like it catching or something I dunno.
I can give it a little push then they slam shut.
Not sure why it keeps stopping there.
What I lube track with? All I have around here is WD-40.

Sounds like you're 95% there! These are things we could sort out in a quick phone call. (877) 473-7246 ext. 2. (ext. 3 after hours for call back support.) A few emailed pictures (supportATperagonDOTcom) can do wonders too - it helps us to stand there with you and see what you're seeing. I could try to troubleshoot some of this here, but a call tomorrow with Rodger would be more effective. He's our resident support guru. Before you bend those brackets (which shouldn't be necessary), I'd recommend you talk with him. A couple tweaks and we'll have your cover rolling like a sewing machine. There shouldn't be any lube needed on the track - if it feels like lube is needed, then the rails need to be adjusted. The only place we recommend lube is potentially on the pivot points that connect the panels - a little WD-40 there periodically helps keep the cover operating smoothly and quietly.
Yes well my phone died after I posted that above.
Streaming pandora while taking pictures of my install doesn't help battery life.
I sent a PM to Razorback on here to find out what they did different than me.
Their install looks perfect.
