Paragon Retractable Aluminum Tonneau Cover: Clamp Mount option

Retractable Bed Cover
Hi Heath,
New member here...I just recently purchased a new 2016 F-150 and the Peragon "clamp-on" option has pushed me over the edge. I was looking at the Retrax because I didn't want to drill into the bed of my new truck.
This option has me changing my mind!
Can you please PM forum pricing for a 2016 Supercrew 66" short bed with the clamp on option? I would be looking for pricing in both the classic black and magnetic metallic paint match.
Thank you!

Hi Heath,
New to the forum and I"ve just bought a white 2016 F-150 supercrew shortbed. I'm considering the peragon cover. Can you please PM me the forum discount pricing? Also, does your Artic white match well with the Ford's Oxford White? Thanks!

Our Arctic White finish will look great with Ford's Oxford White. The primary difference is our Arctic White is a satin finish compared to the high gloss of your truck's clear coat. However, with the black plastic bed rail caps between our cover and your truck, the two finishes really pair nicely.

I've had the Peragon cover on my '13 F150 since day 1 and really liked it. Other than minor issues (lift tab rivets broke loose so I lost several tabs), it's been a great cover for last 4 years and Peragon's customer service has been great replacing those tabs.
That said, recently closing the cover has become challenging as the shocks that lift the cover no longer push/close well - guessing the San Diego sun and heat in the bed probably cooked them. I was little surprised to learn replacing them would cost me $58. Something to keep in mind when you're considering long term cost cover costs.

I'm glad to hear your Peragon experience overall has been positive, we'll work to keep it that way! If you contact our Support team to order those gas springs, we'll extend a 50% discount to you on those. I've alerted our team so they're in the loop. Thank you for being a Peragon customer!

Hi there Heath Copp,
It's refreshing that a principle agent of a manufacturing enterprise is willing to participate in a forum atmosphere. This kind of environment can be pretty brutal, but you seem to take to it pretty easily.
I'm a noob here and joined for two reasons: One, to thank all these fine folks for making my decision to buy Ford an easy one; Two, to ask a couple questions regarding your product(which, again, reading here has convinced me is the right choice for my needs).
I'm a golfer, and as any golfer knows, a bag of clubs ain't cheap! My better 7/8ths has decided she doesn't like the dirt associated with clubs, bag, pullcart, spikes, etc in the cab area of my new S'crew. Therefore, a cover is in order, and I'm sold on the Peragon, but security is a premium. Can you please discuss the difference between the single and double lock options? Also, is either more of a problem with a drop-in liner? Mine fits pretty snug I think, but it isn't skin tight for sure. Last, the opinions seem to be that the clamp option is as secure as the drilled option. What say you?
I'm already sold on the basic product... sell me on the extras that I might need to enhance security. Also, the icing on the cake... please PM me the forum discount pricing.
Cheers,
RR
