Hello,

I really like how this cover looks and retracts, etc. One of the things I don't like about the vinyl cover I have now is that it makes a lot of noise in the wind, especially for those in the back seat. Has anyone noticed any rattling/fluttering noise with these?

Is the forum member discount still ongoing? Still get the clamp kit for $29? Would it be cheaper yet if I picked one up from you in Spooner? I live relatively close to Spooner and could potentially make the trip if it was worthwhile. Thanks!

We hate squeaks and rattles too, so you won't have them with a Peragon cover. Our customers consistently report a quiet ride, even with their rear sliding window open.

I just sent you a PM with answers to the forum member bonus and pricing questions. Thank you for looking at a Peragon truck bed cover!

Could I get a quote to Vancouver, BC, V5A3T6? or if it would be cheaper to Blaine Washington, 98230. I have a 2017 f150 5.5ft bed.

I am doing some searching for a tonneau cover. So far Peragon is at the top the list. It is very interesting and daunting at all of the types of covers out there, with many configurations. Heath, if you are not frozen yet in the winter wonderland of Wisconsin, would you PM me what exciting and wonderful pricing you could offer for a 2013 F150 Fx4 ?

I am amazed at the CS that your business provides. Heaps of kudos for that. Are you still in the move to your new site? I would like to know what your pricing is for the paint match. I have Sterling Gray on my Fx.

Do you have an update when you will be able to color match again?

I should mention that I am interested in the Stainless Steel hardware and the dual lock system.

Thanks so much!

Ren

Hi Ren -

I'm honored that a Peragon cover made it to the top of your short list! Thank you for your kind feedback on our service. Our team works hard to earn that reputation. You're in luck, the winter wonderland has not yet completely buried me, so a PM is on the way!

The Paint Match option is $499. We are still in the process of upgrading our paint line and it will likely be toward the end of Q1 2018 when we turn that option back on. Hiccups can happen, of course, so the relaunch date is subject to change. If you'd like to be notified when we offer Paint Match again, you could PM me your contact info or contact our Sales team through our website with a request to be added to the waiting list.

Thanks! - Heath

Hello,

I'm not trying to bash your product, but I do know someone who has this cover installed on their truck and has already had issues opening and closing this cover due to ice/snow. Have you had this type of report before and do you have any suggestions? Thanks!

No worries! Happy to help. Our cover should work well all winter, that's an advantage of our northland tested design! To be sure, if there is much ice or snow on the cover, it is important to brush most of it off before opening. A thin layer of snow or some icy residue on the cover won't affect operation, so the cover doesn't need to be perfectly clean. Our design is robust enough to power through some crust.

In a scenario like freezing rain where the entire cover is coated in ice, you can typically use the palm of your hand to hit around the edges of the cover and the vibration will break the ice free.

For better troubleshooting of the exact issues and circumstances your friend is experiencing, our Support team would be happy to help. They can be reached through the contact info on our website.
