I have a 2014 Ford F150 with a 6.5' bed. I'm looking for a secure, fairly rigid tonneau cover and a truck bed rack. I will be carrying two 12' kayaks while towing a travel trailer. I like the fold-up and rigid roll-up models but don't want to obstruct the view out the rear window like the BakFlip. I'd like some suggestions please.

Surely someone must have a truck cover and truck bed rack that can offer suggestions.

Pace Edwards makes a roll up cover that also has side rails that you can put racks into. I didn't go that route and wish I did. I got my Pace Edwards from AutoAnything. Others have done other modifications such as attaching the rails to the truck bed and attaching racks that way. Another online retailer, ORS Racks has lots of options.
