So Ty you still have the before the tire exhaust? Me and my dad were thinking about straight pipe to the back because I don't want green wheels since I plan on getting new ones :P. Would you see any problem with this? Also 2.5 in. pipe or 3 in. pipe? How much do you think it would cost for the straight pipe to the back? Do I just need tail pipes? It would help me out significantly if you could find the tailpipes or exhaust system w/e for me Ty. I am having trouble on Summit's site.
specs:
1997 xlt

Email me your exhaust please also.

I just checked and this fits my truck. Would I need to take this to a shop to install i.e. to weld and such. Is there cutting involved or should it all fit perfectly?
Dual or straight pipe?
Ty do you have AIM?

you don't HAVE to get it welded. It looks like the kit comes with clips and will more than likely use the factory hangers. You can do it yourself but it would be easier with a lift.
