Unhappy Looking to mount driving lights - NEED HELP!

Hey y'all I just bought this bull bar and am looking to mount lights to it. My biggest issue is that I have no idea what lights to use. I would like for them to be street legal so that I can use them to aid my 1991 F-150's disgustingly oxidized headlights. Any recommendation of affordable enough and GOOD lights? Thanks y'all

How about a set of these in the Wide Cornering, Amber

or

It's kind of what I want to do as I have a similar bar and the light bar I have there now I never get to use.

Coupon code F150FORUM gets you 10% off as well

These Baja lights are bright as anything. I have them in white on my A-Pillars... i may end up ordering a pair myself actually.

Now keep in mind these are Amber... white ones would not be street legal as you can't have white lights outside of your headlighs to be legal. But you can have Amber

I'm pretty sure in Texas (where I'm from) color doesn't matter as long as you don't exceed having four headlamps/driving lights and two fogs and they are mounted between 16" to 42" and below your factory headlights. I've read a ton of articles online and the Texas Transportation Code Chapter 547, but I am a college student in the middle of finals and my brain is kind of mush. Thank you for your help!
