I'm thinking of getting a set...Does anyone have any pictures of bumper guides on their truck? I guess I'm the first so here is a few pics for those who might be interested.

First of all I didn't post this thread to see how many wiseass comments I'd get. If you don't like what you see then shut the F**k up and move on. I've seen other mods some of you have done and I think it's F**kin dumb but I keep it to myself and I move on. To each their own. We all have pride in our trucks, so keep the comments to yourself if you have nothing nice to say.

Hey Li432.....No one wants to piss anyone off....well maybe one or two people do, but most don't....you posted a thread and people voiced their opinions....granted i will agree with you to a point, they should have been more civil about it, but you have to keep in mind, that not everyone is going to like everything. I was having a conversation with black betty about a grille and he didn't like the style, but it was very civil and we both voiced our opinions....you need to be able to take criticism and move on.

If you don't like the idea u could put it a little nicer like saying "personally those aren't my thing but to each his own". I don't know though I'm not sure I understand how exactly they work? I can't tell for everyone, so here is my opinion. When i've seen my F150 an the first time i thought to myself - what a great truck! But when i got upon the driver's seat i was about to buy the lights you have, the parking sonar, the rear view cam and any other possible stuff to prevent an accident. Because it felt like a REALLY BIG VEHICLE. I've used to drive a ford transit and a vw transporter before, so i'm used to vehicles of this size, but... i was really scared. It's size still scares me a lot, but don't tell anyone :) I'm a good driver, and that prevents me of installing any of listed devices. When i need to choose between a lexus and a mercedes it's very hard to fit my truck into that 'between' very often, but i keep telling to myself that i'm good with driving and i can handle that. I do handle it, but with the bumper lights it would be a lot easier. I think your installation is looking good, just a bit unusual, and it's very useful.

For 13 plus years I've driven Brush trucks, Ambulances, 26 foot fire trucks, 36 foot ladder trucks through heavy traffic lights and sirens and never hit anything. I know how to drive. The reason I put them on my truck is because of the steep upward incline my driveway has with a car on one side and hand railing on the other with very little room between it makes it much easier for me to judge the sides of my truck at night. I'm not crazy of the look but if it helps me from scraping the side one night when I'm tired I'll deal with it.

Can please anyone explain to the Russian idiot i probably am, what the hell is wrong with that bumper guides? I have a strong feeling i'm missing something really important. As far as i can understand from two last posts, that guides are to define one's sexual orientation. So if i'll finally install them, will it mean i'll have to divorce immediately and become a gay guy ASAP? Or it will mean that my truck will become a gay truck itself and it will start an affair with my neghbor's Hyndai Galloper ? And what should happen if i'll take them off next week?
