Hey guys. I put on a two inch leveling kit on my 2014 FX4 today and after I got one side on, the upper control arm was against the spring to the point that it was marking it up pretty good. I don't care about the scratches, but I have to admit, it just didn't seem right to me. Is it normal to have the UCA putting pressure on the shock spring while it's still on the jack stands? But as it sat, it just seemed to be pulling the upper arm down quite a bit.

I just took it off and was going to have a shop do it, but I know I can do it. Just thought I'd check with you guys. I'm pretty sure it'll be fine once it's off the stands, but thought I'd ask.

was your truck on the ground, or on stands with the wheel hanging? I had this contact but once the truck was put back down there is plenty of clearance
