Reason I ask is although these trucks are the same, they do differ even side to side on the same truck.
I was an idiot and forgot to measure lol. I like the tougher look of the front sitting higher than before but then i look at the whole truck and don't like that its squating in the back for no reason. And I don't wana get a block for the rear so I'm not sure what to do.

I got a rough country kit, came with blocks for the back and 2.5" level. Says its overall a 2.5" lift, looks good, but the front level is a pos its plastic and the nuts it came with bent when I tightened them, no problems yet though. If your going to install a level would suggest doing the research and doing it right the first time!

I got some off brand 3in off eBay. Came with a 2in rear block and a 3in front aluminum spacer. A name is just that a name. As long as its made of metal your good.

your mechanic is correct, these problems are the cause of the leveling kit. CV's are not at an optimal angle for longevity and neither are the balljoints.

I have a 2 1/2 leveling kit from Auto Spring. Not much to tell. They're big hunks of metal. The truck looks 100 percent better and I'm happy. Time will tell if the kit causes problems.

If you don't want blocks get an AAL. Helps a lot, plus you get some extra payload.
