I put a 42" bar behind the grill and now I'm thinking about putting 2 pods on the sides of the license plate. Are there holes already there to mount them?

The pods have threaded studs out the bottom you can just put the hole in for them and you're good. That stud works with a "stand off spacer" that adjusts angle so it locks into whatever angle you set the pod to when tightening the nut. If you want some pictures of this let me know I can take some tonight for you.
