Question Installing Rear Speakers

I just bought a 1997 f150 extended cab (3door) and i want to switch out the stock speakers and put in my pioneers that i had in my Ranger. Im stuck on the back driver side speaker and dont know where to start to take off the panel to switch them out. Anyone know how to remove the panel?
