Default Help with performance!

Hey guys n gals! Well im new to the forum, but certainly not fords. My 07 f150 FX2 Sport is starting to feel a little slow. Gonna have to fix that! As of right now I have a cold air intake (K&N), magna flow dual exhaust with a cutout infront (usually open), and a superchip. Sadly that is all for performance as of right now. I have been juggling between headers (short or long please help), cams, new cats, pullies, new throttle body, and so much more. I can spend up to maximum 700 now and if it doesnt take fabrication I can do it on my own so we can exclude labor charges. Guys please help out here, I have no idea where to start. Please help me think of it all, if its worth it, I want to know it. Even if it is just spark plugs and new wires, please suggest it. It would help if you include the company I should look into. I have done a lot of research so far but now im coming to the guys who know. Just as an add on it is a 5.4

Long tube headers and a Gryphon Tuner.
Search around, you'll find a lot of threads about increasing performance.
