Looking for input/recommendations

I am going to have to turn my truck into a work truck here very soon. I need to be able to carry a 30 foot expansion ladder. I don't want my truck to look completely like a work truck and I was thinking about putting a Headache rack on with a removable tailgate rack. Right now I am leaning toward the standard backrack but am worried about how usable it is. Its the least expensive one I can find right now and I know some times low price can mean low quality. What are your experiences and recommendations for a decent quality, good looking rack that can be used? Pictures would be appreciated as well. Thanks in advance all.
