another vote for the mx4. love mine. can open the gate with it closed and you can't open it when i have the gate locked. looks good, haven't had a single problem since install a couple years ago. only gripe if you will is that it is not 100% water tight. during heavy rains some does get in but for the most part it stays dry. i would call it like 93% water tight.

Also check pricing for the Truck Gear Stealth. It's the same cover as the MX4 with a better warranty.

Just pulled the trigger on mx4 and a bedrug. Fingers crossed till it gets here.
