Default Gotts Mod

Anyone with Gotts mod get lean bank codes on either bank one or bank two?
I did this to my truck friday night, and this morning (monday) my engine threw 2 codes. One code was lean bank and lean mixture I think. I honestly forgot from this morning till now, however, it involved bank one and two and lean.

id probably run it how it is for a week or so and let the computer adjust to it. mine ran like crap for a day or two, and then the computer finally starts to realize that something had changed, and adjusts to it.

Did you unplug your negative battery cable for about 20 minutes? I've read that is the key, so that's what I did when I was doing the mod on my truck

it Up-sizes your intake before the filter and supposedly is a true CAI the reason is you are getting more cold air from the fender rather than a traditional CAI that gives you more warm air. supposedly GOTTS mod is as equal to a CAI, me personally i feel like i can feel the difference in throttle response. i also have never owned a CAI so i couldnt tell you if it truly is comparable, but my personal online research suggests they are and GOTTS is alot cheaper

And do clean the maf, put in a new air filter and DO disconnect the negative battery cable for 20 minutes after completing the gotts mod. The engine computer will need to learn your truck like the ecm/pcm was new. Drive the truck modestly, at as many legal speed limits as possible within the first 20 minutes. Run the gas you will use while re teaching the ecm.
