Factory Shocks

Really depends on what you want for ride and handling on the surfaces you drive. I may think factory shocks are **** others happy with them.
I like tight control of the suspension and as such willing to deal with some harshness, have enjoyed years working on and driving sport cars and rally/slalom competitions. I also drive on broken pavement and gravel/dirt roads often. In a truck I want as little weight as possible as much wheel travel I can get and tight shock control. My decisions probably do not reflect the majority, but knowing what I wanted, didn't care for majority opinions. I am very happy with my choices a 2wd with Icon Stage 1 on Nitto Terra Grappler G2's 115T rated tires! KM

I just had to replace rears (one shock blown) on my 2015. 65,000 miles or so, I’ve put the last 20,000 miles on and no hauling/towing.
Replaced Ed with Bilstein 5100s.
