I think Corsa is great, and I also like the way the MBRP and MFlow sound, but again, what I like you may not and vice versa.

I had a couple of Flowmasters before and they were LOUD, not sure I want that anymore...to each his own!

I have not, but it really depends on where you are located and driving conditions (ie. salty roads). They do offer a 3 year warranty.

These are the options they have:
  • T-304 stainless steel: high chromium and nickel content; the most corrosion-resistant material in the industry.
  • T-409 stainless steel: high-grade low carbon steel; excellent corrosion resistance and strength.
  • Aluminized steel: high-quality 16-guage steel; aluminized to resist corrosion, the most cost-effective alternative

Just click on my banner below and the 15% off $150 code will be loaded for you at checkout. The rebate applies to a full exhaust system and the details are on the product page (top right).

I have the MBRP in T409 stainless, which is very rust-resistant. Nice and very loud. I didn't realize how loud because my cab shuts out most of the sound but it's race car loud from behind at WOT and almost inperceptible at idle, and that's with only one exit pipe behind the right rear wheel. Out the door from autoanything with my new Airaid CAI for less than $700. I'll probably need new tires next.

listen to videos to find the sound you prefer, but personally i hate the tone of flowmasters on anything but old muscle cars. IMO listen to some magnaflow clips or some longer glasspacks if you are looking for low drone and good sound. I have true dual 18" glasspacks with a x-pipe and its perfect for me. barks nice when you get after it, but highway cruising with radio on normal low volume, cant even hear them. nice deep rumble tone also.

and most intake systems are good. just pick a dryflow filter tho, oil is bad for the MAF when it leaks though. Ford even had a TSB out about not using oiled filters back when they started getting more popular. I have the AEM dryflow and it works great.

Great points Jayson!

The trick with the oiled filters (if you use them) is to use VERY LIGHT oil after they have been cleaned.

where i live (ottawa canada) there is alot of salt used on the roads in the winter... contrary to places like calgary that used more sand then salt... hence why rusting is a concern....

how do you like your airaid cai??? did you get the gains that they advertise?
