I thought that I would give a little praise to Brian (Franchi motorsprts) for his excellent customer service. It is hard to get good customer service these days and we all complain on the forums (rightfully so) when we receive poor customer service. Perhaps some positive feedback will inspire others to provide excellent customer service.

I purchased a SCT X3 tuner from Brian for a good price (cheapest I could find) and with cheap shipping, even to Canada. The package came quickly and It was exactly as advertised. He also provided great after service customer support by answering all of my questions promptly (i.e. how to adjust shift firmness).

+1 on the great customer service! Fantastic price on the tuner and immediate shipment after purchase. Good customer service is not dead!! Hahaha
