I too am having difficulty. I liked the page weeks ago. I attempted to enter but I got no form.

Sorry everyone...when you are on the page, click on the image (it says Click to Enter at the top of the page) and FB will then ask you for some permissions and then the form will load.

Sorry about that, there appears to be a bug on FB's side (things look clean on our end) so please try logging in with a desktop.
