Do you have power going to the OBD-2 port?

Ive had problems with mine. Edge released the 2012 "update" but my 2012 F150 ECM isnt supported yet. Just gives me a "unlocking ECM" error.
Contacted Edge multiple times, Nothing has been resolved.

I just bought a 2011 F250 crew cab with the 6.2L gas v8. Had the evolution cs on my 2008 F150 4x4 and it worked great. Downloaded new updates and put it on the F250 and the truck would barely run. I called customer service but it was quitting time and the guy I got wasn't very interested in helping me. I was getting a PCM error and it wouldn't let me return the truck to stock. Luckily, after several tries, I was able to return the truck to stock. The guy at Edge customer service did admit they have been having some trouble with the new programming and that he could try to enter some different codes once I got the truck returned to stock, but it will be Monday before I can call them back.
