Edge Evo Tuner - Trans Mode jerks
Hey Everyone,
I've got an 05 XLT with an Edge Evolution tuner. I was running in "3" Performance mode for a long time but have recently switched to "1" Transmission mode to see if I saw any change in fuel economy. When running in this mode I've noticed from a stop or very slow speed I can put a very low load to the engine, or small throttle and feel a small jerk when the drivetrain engages. Similarly when I let off the throttle at this slow speed a equivalent jerk can be felt too. Any thoughts or similar experience? I plan on reprogramming back to performance tonight to see if it goes away but just thought it was interesting.
