Suggestions on aftermarket upgrades?
Hi everyone,
I'm waiting on delivery of my first new F150 (I've owned a '66 and '63 F100) and I'm looking for suggestions on a few things.
My build is a '23 XLT with the 3.6, locking differential, trailer tow package, and a few other upgrades.
I plan on a console safe (I like Lockerdown simply because the door is bigger ... I can fit a bigger gun
). Would anyone try and talk me out of that in favor of ConsoleVault?
Debating between the Backflip MX4 and the Gator equivalent ... happy to hear comments on those.
I'd like to put a bull bar on the front, but every one I look at says "May interfere with adaptive cruise control." Would love some counsel here, too!
Wheel well liners or undercoating or both???
Finally, I'm a big fan of LED headlights and I'm tempted to upgrade the bulbs ... but I've read aftermarket bulbs are a bear to get in the lights.
