My opinion which is worthless, but you shouldn't have to be prying anything to get it to fit correctly if its new from the factory and made for your make/model of vehicle.
That is one ugly slice that happened and it is obvious something happened. I can't help but think something happened at the dealership, especially since you haven't noticed this before taking it into them.

after this email i sent another one explaining that i u moved the pipe over as far as possible and this still happened i got no response
"Tyler,
Thank You for contacting Roush Performance with your concern. I have reviewed your picture with our warranty department and he has informed me that we have no known issue with the exhaust contacting the leaf spring unless page 13 of the instructions was not followed.
Note: On 4x4 trucks the axle pipe needs to be positioned / rotated towards the passenger side
frame rail as much as possible. Failure to do this may result in the rear spring contacting the
exhaust system ONLY when the suspension is fully relaxed. (ie when vehicle is on a hoist and
the suspension has full movement.) To rotate the system, insert a pry bar between the exhaust
pipe and axle spring to get the required clearance."
Thank You,

nice of them to engineer the system so there are no clearance issues at all a simple bend in the pipe near the end could have alleviated the possible issue I'm going to repair this kit then sell it and buy the solo kit i wanted in the first place f*ck roush!!!!

not the first time I have heard of the Roush exhaust hitting the suspension when up on a lift. we had a truck here at work get a roush exh. installed and the tech had a heck of a time getting it to fit right while on the lift.
the under bumper exit looks horrible to me anyway. kinda rice-ish. I said all along that if I ever get a roush kit, I will have a side exit fabbed up for it right off the bat.
of course I also look at it like this, spend $5-600 on an exhaust kit, modify it to accept the stock resonator because of the drone its gonna create, take to an exhaust shop and have it modified for a side exit setup.
so in the end my $5-600 exhaust needed to have $50-200 (depending on what needs to bought and what the exh shop is gonna charge) worth of modifications to make it what I want.
makes no sense honestly

All I can say is good luck with it, regardless of which direction you choose to take. It's one of those deals it probably isn't worth pursuing(Either fighting with Roush or Ford) except for principle purposes but damn, would that ever make ya pissed off....
