and i hear you can buy an edge and then send it to PHP to have them reprogram it. What does this cost. And what happens if you decide to upgrade with UD pulleys, CAI, or exhaust after you have the tunes?

the performance gains arent huge. But they are noticeable. It does a lot of work with the trans which really helps.

And as far as PHP, it costs a certain about (i cant remember how much) for each program they write for you. It is a custom program written just for your truck. So when you want a program written, you include the modifications you have done to your truck like CAI, exhaust, etc... and they will write the code for that.

However, I am happy with the Edge programs that come with it. Never had a custom tune though, ive heard there is a difference. So if you have the money I would try it.

It just doesn't have that get up and go that I want and I don't think just a tuner is going to solve that, might help. I'll be looking for a cheap one.
