Cold Air Intake

Volant CAI on my truck. I noticed a big difference the minute I stepped on the gas. Truck was taking off at stoplights where before I had to give it some gas. I think the programmer helped a bit too

Anybody have the Roush or SLP intake? Those are the two I am looking at, leaning towards the Roush however since I want to match the exhaust to the intake and SLP is too loud for my taste.

AEM Brute Force! Had one on my last ranger (4.0L S/C 4X4), excellent product! Debated between this and S&B; but experience won out over price.
My CAI is being shipped, so I'll offer feed back later.
My Truck is an '05 150 2WD 4.6L.
Update: I like the system, works great, as did my last one. No loud, unwelcomed noise, just nice deep throttle; and improved response. The hardware quality has dramatically dropped since my first system a couple of years ago. Not a big issue, I just replaced it w/ some nuts & bolts from work. It just sucked starting to install it, using a 1/4" drive ratchet, and having bolts snap. Have not filled the tank yet; but will check it this weekend and see if the catback and intake improved the mileage any over the next tank.

I got one of the K&N CAIs this week.
I just opened the box and It looks like I got the wrong one. This is for a 2001-2005 Lightning, 2002-2003 F150, HD edition or 5.4 supercharged. I have none of the above.

I got true dual magnaflows installed yesterday and my K&N CAI came in the mail today so I put that in and all I can say is WoW!
The magnaflows had it sounding great but paired with the CAI!! Holy smokes! Overdrive sounds AWESOME!
On the test run I took it out on the freeway. She was at 70 with no effort at all. I didn't even realize it because I was concentrating on the sound. Once I slowed her down to 60-65 mph all I had to do was occasionally give her a little gas and she was pretty much coasting at 60. Maybe that's why they save gas!
Loving it! I guess a tuner is next. Do tuners void your warranty?
