Default Body lift installation

Hi, I have recently purchased a 1992 Ford F-150 Xlt 4x4. I am looking to put some 35x12.5 tires on it; however, to do this I am going to need to put a body lift on it. So here is my question, how much trouble is it to install a body lift? How do I extend the steering, shifter etc.? Also do you guys have any suggestions on which brand body lift I should buy? Thanks.

Everyone here would prolly recommend Performance Accessories! There kit comes with everything! Steering, bumper, and everything! I got a 3 inch on my 07 and it's very well made. I did install at my house with 2 of my buddies and it took to days. Just follow the I structor and it'll be easy!!

My buddy and I put a body lift on his 96 F150 and it took us about six hours and was fairly simple
