i called them today after i posted (americantrucks dot com). the bumpers come with a 30 day warranty from the manufacturer, which to me screams we have no faith in our products and they are not built to last. it's coated steel and you can't warranty that there will be no problems for 12 months? thanks but i'll pass. americantrucks will sell me an aftermarket warranty but if the manufacturer only gives 30 days how can anyone have any confidence in their product? my truck came with a warranty, my line-x has a lifetime warranty and everything else i have bought typically has at least a 12 month warranty. hell, the barricade site doesn't even have a phone number for contact.
luckily there are lots of companies that offer aftermarket bumpers with better warranties. i guess i should listen to my own advice - you get what you pay for and there is a reason these bumpers are half or less than just about everything else out there.
Have to wonder if this brand is an in-house brand, no other website/company sells them that I can find.

after the horrible experience i had with them i ended up buying a set of torxe x1 bumpers from carid.com. practically identical design, they come with a 1 year warranty WITHOUT having to buy it separately and i got a smokin' deal on them - $1180 shipped to my door for both front and rear and that includes sales tax (they are advertised at $1,500 for the pair before shipping and tax).
I have the Barricade HD bumpers front and back on my 2010 FX4. I really like them. Only thing is now that I want a winch I'm having a hard time finding mounting hardware. American Trucks has the same bumper with winch mount, but doesn't sell the winch mount separate and I can't find it anywhere on the 'net. If anyone can help with that, please let me know....

Do not buy this bumper. I bought mine in June of 2020 and it has rusted by january of 2021. I live in nebraska so the weather is kind of harsh. They did not give me a warranty due to "weather conditions" being the cause. I plan to linex it.
