Tailgate camera and trailer tow harness question...

I've done a ton of research trying to get the answers on this. I have an XLT 2017 Supercrew. I am trying to get a backup camera wired in as well as get my 7-way towing harness all hooked up. I cannot make heads or tails of what I need for my 7-way... do I need a new harness? And I cannot fully determine if I have the correct wiring already in place for the video setup or not - I understand it's spotty on the XLT. Here's a few pictures of the wiring harness setup I have from the factory in the back. Any help or advice is appreciated.

I believe I have to run a new video line all of the way up front to the harness, but just want someone to confirm if possible.
