Okay, so I just bought this 1990 F150 XL Lariat with the 5.0, I replaced the alternator,starter solenoid and tension-er. And she runs great except an occasional grind or rub noise at 15-25-35 RPM's(I believe this is not the engine because it is occasional) but please correct me if I am wrong. Aside from the help with that I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for worth-while performance parts, Spark plugs and wires? Intake? exhaust? Also I want to compression test it, does anyone know what my compression should be? Thank you in advance!!!
