Default 4.6 Muffler

I want to replace my stock muffler to get the deep rumble but i don't want alot of noise in the cab. I was thinking about maybe doing 2 glasspacks in a row but I'm not sure that would suppress it enough. I dont have a huge budget so I'm probly looking for a solution under $50. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Magnaflow 18". You're gonna have to spend more than $50 though. You can do a straight swap, and have it welded in for probably under 125...Labor is whats expensive. Costs as much as any muffler. Unless you know how to weld.

I wont have to pay for labor (i have a welder). Is that a reverse-flow muffler?

Because you have a 4.6, you may consider the 14" to get a little extra rumble.

i was just wondering if you were talking about a straight-thru. I'll probly stick witht the 18. I want the sound when I lay it down but not when i'm cruisin or idling.

I have it on my 5.4 cant hear it at idle or at 80 mph...So with your 4.6 it would probably sound just as quiet as stock on highway. But with an aggressive tone at WOT.

I have the 18 inch on my 4.6, wish it was a little bit louder, there is zero drone on the cab and you can only hear it when you really get on it, never ad idle or cruising speeds. You should really consider going a little shorter, wish I had.
