I need some help trouble shooting an issue with my headlights

I installed these Spyder aftermarket units in my 2013 Limited with HIDs and the headlight (JUST the headlight bulb) comes on on its own even when the truck is off

I called Spyder, they sent me new wire harnesses for their unit saying it might be a short but it did not fix the issue... They even went as far as sending me 2 whole new units and they are doing the samething...

Here's what I know so far:

They ARE the right set for my truck and the HIDs
Seems it happens more often when it rains or is wet out
I have to open the hood and unplug them to reset them
Truck only have 30,000 miles and I'm using the factory ballasts as the plug and play says
Purchased new quality bulbs

Very busy but I would really like to solve this issue without visiting the dealer
