2011 f-150 leveling kit problem!!

Autospring says this clunk is from "the coil spring during full upward deflection." They also claim their leveling kits won't cause this clunk because of their patent pending design. Does anybody have experience with their kits? If so, have you had any problems, or noise complaints?

i know this thread is old but im about to do the same 2" spacer on my 2011 lariat, but im scared of running into the "clunk" issues.....is it GUARANTEED that you wont have the issue if you disconnect the battery? also does everybody retorque the hardware every 500 miles like daystar states? thanks

I didn't disconnect my battery and i have no clunk
