Smaller muffler/resonator was left on, which I think takes a lot of cackle out of my exhaust. I actually like the sound it gives, it's a lot deeper and sounds real nice cruising through town.

It's not actually a bad drone at all, I mean you can definitely hear a drone though. I don't look at this exhaust as something i'd get pulled over for.

it looks good and i like the way the 5.0 sounds. i have a 2010 fx4 with the 5.4 i put a magnaflow catback exhaust on and i got rear ended a few months ago during the winter and the guy that hit me and ended up pushing my muffler off. so my truck was pretty much running out stright before the muffler(slightly still attached to the muffler, 90% not attached) and it sounded a LOT louder, but it was still very quiet at idle. but you could still hear it when i was driving on the highway. love the way it sounded but end up putting my muffler back on a week after. i think its gonna come off again when i get my exhaust redone cause i loved the way it sounded without a muffler lol
