Never heard of Black Crystal. I don't like the price however. $270 for lights like these... the quality can't be that great. They look like regular halogen housings, not even projector. Why swap out what yo have for these. If anything upgrade to projectors.

I'd recommend the Anzo Switchbacks. They are by far the most popular aftermarket headlight housing for our trucks. They are about twice the price but the quality is really well. Coupled with our LED Conversion Kits and you have a REALLy fantastic looking truck.

Check out our site for the Anzos (if you are willing to go that route). You can use coupon code F150FORUM on our site for 10% off, which knocks a good chunk out of the price.

We have a "Vehicle Specific" section to help you find the right parts.

I got a set like that from Amazon.

Amazon Amazon

To be fair, they're Chinese plastic but they fit well and do the job just fine. You will need to swap out the bulbs as the smoked lenses really cut down the halogen output. At the very least swap out the crap bulbs that come with them for the ones from your OEM setup. I even tried some PIAA night Tech bulbs and they were underwhelming. I put in some Opt7 Fluxbeam X LED's and they work very well. No they're not projectors but don't let anyone tell you they won't still be 1000x better than stock because I can tell you first hand that they will. I'm very happy with the light output. I'm probably in the minority here but I think they also look better than the Anzo's as they are more understated.I just wanted to get rid of some of the chrome on the front of the truck. I ditched the chrome grille, chrome logo oval and the OEM headlight housings. I think it looks much better. Next to go will be the Chrome Wheels and OEM fog lamps.
