Default 2 Modifications - White Grill and LED Bumper Lights

Hi All - looking for some opinions/suggestions/tips on 2 potential modifications;
1) Aftermarket LEG lights to fit the 3 spaces in the center of the bumper. Has anyone installed these and have suggestions for brand/type?
2) Black grill - I really want it white rather than black. Is removing and painting my only option or there any cost efficient aftermarket grills?

Thanks in advance!

Other than the bug deflector, I don't think I would change a thing with your truck...to me it's the perfect amount of white and black. If anything, having your roof wrapped black would look really good, too. As far as led lights go, I picked up a single row 20" led light bar that fits in the opening darn near perfectly without blocking the entire space (not sure if yours is an ecoboost but something to think about if it is).

Take yer grill off and have a body shop paint it. Yer lucky, most of the parts I wanted white are already white on yers.
