Do you know what the MSRP was for it? Doesn't sound that far off but yeah it could be a rebuild/flood damage etc. 6 months ago I was being offered 29k for my 12 which had every option available on it. I could see a 2 year newer but with 10k less options being around there.

if there is nothing wrong with that truck, its a steal at that price. I know here in my area of michigan, for that low of a price you are talking 100k+ miles

Has to be some negative history for that price. Well below market for that clean looking and low miles. Maybe the wheel are hurting the value. Guessing it has a reconstructed title or has prior unreported damage.

Thanks all. He emailed me back and simply said it is for cash customers, they won't offer financing.
Of course he didn't answer my condition and history questions.

Tell him you have cash in hand. You can get financing through your bank or credit union. Tell him you just need the history and you will come pick it up. Betting he won't reply.

This. Every single vehicle is "cash" as far as they know if you do your own financing. It's really none of their business what happens behind the scenes on your end.
