Hopefully my updates will keep you in the land of the living, SlimChaChi. Once your truck is here, you'll forget all about the wait.

I've had mine for 2 months now and I still remember the wait, it sucked. Wonder how long it takes to wear off.... :-)

I'm 100% in the same boat as you...impatiently waiting haha...crazy how it happens...but I've been keeping my mind occupied with mods...First up, new headers & exhaust...looking at a stainless works setup...like how their true duals sound. Already have a tuner but I'll have to get new tunes for the 6.2. Wheels & tires i still have from my old setup....not sure if I would ever go the 37" route...that would need some glassworks or boatec, but don't see that setup in my immediate future.

I may give Icon another go around with their 3.0s. I've heard very good things about that setup...but that'll be down the road...not going to butcher an already nice suspension...though I may go with the billet UCAs off the bat, maybe some RPG rods.

btw, how's the mid perch adjustment? i heard it's pretty quick and straight forward...how's the ride?

Got some major mods going on there. Wish I could do all that but don't have all the money. I've already spent around $8k and need to slow way down. Yeah, I did the majority of my mod shopping during my wait, the longer you wait then more time to buy.

I did the mid perch the first week I got it. So to be honest I don't really know the difference since I didn't drive it that long in stock position. Its a very common mod that a lot of folks do. It raises the front about 1.5" and levels it out plus a little more room when off-roading.

Yea. The exhaust and headers...possibly ucas will be done from the start. Afterwards im going to hang tight on any high cost mods for a bit. I really like some of the offroad bumpers like rpg and svc...but cutting into the front horns has me hesitant to make that change so quickly.

The only thing I have done was CAI and a set of magnaflow duals. I have only had it for less than 2 months. I had a long list but after I got it I had a hard time doing much more than mentioned. It just seems to me to be just right. A leveling is a consideration. It does not look to be to me that much of a rake now. JMHO.

What did you do to get it to mid perch position? Or the 1.5 lift?

Already have one and though it is plenty strong it has never really been for me. the 5.0 eb and 5.0 twincharged speculation is all well and good...but i will believe it when they are released

Guarantee new Raptor will have a direct injected 6.2 with at least 500hp. The motor is already being tested for the 2017 super duty.
