Plus considering how well these hold resale, the majority of the time you are better off getting new anyways.

Back then I got $300 over invoice which includes fees, yes that is nearly $5k off. Thinking back, I would of taken a deal for $3k off and had it right away but lot ones for kind of deal was still hard to find back then. I enjoy my raptor very much more so than any other vehicle I have ever owned. The only thing that is not practical as a daily driver is gas but I had a dodge that got about the same and it wasn't even fun to drive. I am used to paying over $100 for a fill up once a week since 2008 so it doesn't bother me anymore. Since 2002 I've consistently replaced my trucks every 3 years. This raptor, unless the new one really kicks butt, I don't think I will get rid of this and would rather keep it and buy a second vehicle. If you are into modding, a raptor is worse than having a boat. It is a major money pit (in a good way). You can easily put another $20k into it, actually easier than you think as I am approaching that myself. I have never ever done that to any previous truck. So are they worth it. IMO, hell yes, every penny!
What kind of mods??
I've seen aftermarket bumpers but they seem pretty loaded/spec'd out. What have you done to yours and with pics please.

I have been looking at used. Nobody is giving them away but that might be the way to go.

Pics are in my thread here.
A few Big tickets items are possible (not all on mine):

Bumpers
Suspension upgrade (Fox, King, Icon)
Bump stops
Leaf spring upgrade
Bed rack
Lights - endless options and $$$
37 tires then fenders
Supercharger

To name a few....

Default Paid MSRP

I looked at 7 Ford Dealers in the Phoenix Metro area and only 1 dealer (Chapman Ford) did not tack on an additional $5k. So I bought my 2014 Raptor Crew Cab and absolutely love it. My 4th F-150, XLT, Larriot, FX4 and now the Raptor. There's simply no comparison, the Raptor freaking rocks!

Yes. Bead lock wheels ruby red and red trimmed leather. Pretty much the prettiest new truck I've seen.

I ordered mine for alittle over invoice.. not sticker, invoice. It only took a few phone calls around to different dealerships, a grand down, and I had my DORA.

Now with production stopped and supplies dwindling, I guess I can see dealers holding out.. Still wouldn't pay sticker though. They have alot of wiggle room.

I LOVE my truck, but I'd sell for the right price.

I love my Raptor. It's getting better mileage than my Eco SCREW. I feel a bit guilty, mainly cause I still have the other truck, but it brings a smile to my face when people ask me what I think of it.

5 extra G's is because they aren't making them anymore and demand is up. I have a buddy that has had modded 4x4's most of his life, thought Raptor's were street queens, then we went out off-roading on his terms and I had him drive half of the trip. 3 days later he ordered one, back in March/April yet he ended up being one of 327 in which the orders wouldn't be filled. I still would bet you could negotiate that back down though.

Raptors can be had at MSRP or below. I'd never buy from a dealer who does market adjustments.

They are free to price their product however they want. I'm free to buy somewhere else.

Call these guys.

I've got one. Was anyone cross shopping between regular F150s, (obviously FX4s, Platinums, and above) with the Raptor. I'm currently looking at FX4s. New can be had for right around $40k+ with some low mile 2013s and 2014s just under. Then i came across this '13 Raptor with 20k miles for $45k. I really wasn't cosidering them due to the large margin increase over other F150s but at that price it's a screaming deal. 1 Owner carfax looks clean. Currenly NADA Clean Trade-in is $51.5k with Clean Retail at $53.5K.

Obviously i know the mileage sucks but that's not really a big concern, like another guy said i'm used to the weekly fill up. I can afford it no problem, my big thing is just trying to get a good deal. It will be my daily with some towing duties (5000# ski boat) among other trips to Lowes. I'm sure i don't need it but not sure if i can pass up this good of a deal.
