Default Question about ELD ****

I've searched all over and can't find the answer! I've even looked in the pdf. of the Raptor supplement! I'm planning on getting a Raptor. Probably a 2010 or 2011. My question is about the dial/**** for the ELD. I see two images of the diff being locked. One at 9:00 and the other around 7:00. What is the difference between the two? Thanks in advance for enlightening me!

What's ELD? Sorry former sheriff and now a pilot and my brain can't handle anymore abbreviations. Electronic Locking Differential? If you push the button that controls the 4x4 on the Gen 2 it will lock your rear diff... not sure about those old school Gen 1's... sorry.

The image @ 9:00 just says to pull the **** to engage ELD. The image @ 7:00 lights up when ELD is engaged.
