It's a Koplin ATV Tie Down. I think the original company that made them was LA Guard Dog. You don't even need any straps. Takes about 30 seconds to secure the ATV in the bed.

What brand is that bull bar you have fitted? It looks awesome! Haven't seen one as minimal as that before...

It is the Ford Racing bar. summit has the best prices.

I wonder if it would be a good idea to buy a used one in the future?
Thats the only way I could afford one. Like a lease return or private sale?

The resale value on a raptor is very good right now, you might find a few at a decent price. It doesn't hurt to look around the internet and see what they are going for.
