So here is my most recent chat with the dealership. I don't know if ford reps are completely out of the loop, or they are just lying through their teeth at this point..

Unfortunate. My dealer didn't know what a SuperCab or SuperCrew was, he told me my build date was the date it was going to be delivered, he told me my order couldn't be modified a few weeks after placing it in July (clearly he was wrong & I got it modified), and the list goes on... I know the trucks sell themselves - thankfully for Ford's case. Good dealers are hard to come by, IMO.

There's easily 100-200 on the ground right now more than a couple

Between the forums and actual dealer photos, I've seen about 30 myself

In SE Michigan, Ford site shows one at Mike Dorian Ford, one at Russ Milne Ford, one at Bell Ford Lincoln, one at Stillwell Ford Lincoln, and one at AutoNation Ford Amherst. That's 5 in 100 miles, and another 14 show "Dealer Ordered". None of the dealers nearby even show them as "Dealer Ordered".
