Hi there! I have a potential deal coming up, and i might be able to get my hands on a 2017 Raptor with 44k kms.!

If ever this goes through, im looking at mounting my existing setup to this Raptor. What mods did you do to fit your current aggressive setup! Pics would be greatly appreciated..! Would be interested to see how a 22x12 -44 with 35s stick out from the flares. (I readlly do hope that it doesn't stick out too far!)

My guess is, i have to be on a 4in BDS for Fabtech with some trimming. But i really dunno i we get more fender room on a Raptor.

This is my current setup. 2015 Supercrew deadpool_f150

Minus the deadpool stuff (too gimmicky in my opinion) your truck is nicer than that Raptor. Why would you make that trade?

Thank you, i appreciate that. Its just a theme that i carried from thereon..

Like my plan is to spruce up the truck and keep it for a very long time. But if a killer deal like this that i can't pass up, then for sure id give this a shot and see if i can have.

I see myself doing a lot of offroading.. so have a 3.5EB HO, 10-speed, beefed up Fox factory suspension and a 4.10 diff. I think that will be the keeper!

You are taking away the strengths of the Raptor. The lift will ruin the suspension geometry and the crazy offset wheels will rub like crazy. You will diminish the offroad ability. If you plan to offroad you better budget in some +3 glass fenders and bedsides. Cutting the factory cross member and using a drop bracket type of lift certainly won't make the suspension stronger.

And that's what im wondering. Of course the front wells have a bit more room on the fronts, to see if stock height to minimum 2.5" is enough to fit the wheel setup. I've seen a same guy on a FB group that is running the very same wheels and tires setup, and it lòoked like he's on stock height, if not a levelled one.

Stock Raptor wheels are 8.5" with a +34 offset. You want to increase the wheel width by 3.5" and go to a -44 offset and go with a wider tire. Your wheels/tire will be sticking out 6-7". At full stuff the factory wheels and tires rub. No way this Bro-Dozer setup will come close to working with the full travel of the suspension.
