http://www.fairviewfordinc.com/new/F...earchDepth=3:3

good news is this is a so cal dealer that isn't trying the 20k markup. bad news is i don't know if my wife will go for the 10k over msrp they are talking right now. maybe a road trip on Saturday to see what they will do in person.

now taking advise and suggestions. trade in is listed in signature. owe -$25k on it.

30k for my truck is what they are offering. $1200 a month for 72 months with gap and 100k warranty is worse case scenario.

You owe $25k or its worth $25k (before talking to them)? The "-" negative sign confused me. Either way, see if you can get them halfway to MSRP and then with your trade your at MSRP (at least use that rationale on your wife!) haha. Only live once, if you're financially stable then might as well jump. Can't take it with you!

These guys are 5 k over if you are looking to pay over sticker.

Catch a plane and drive it home.

Finding a truck isn't hard if you are willing to pay over sticker.

i could go for 5 k over. but all those have the twin panel moon roof. i just want the "basic" 802a. maybe a spray on but not a deal breaker. beadlocks would be cool but not needed.

1200.00 a month for a vehicle? Wish I made enough to pay/not care about that amount lol. I'm paying 380.00 for 60 mo and that was a lot down and a trade in. I need to find a way to make more money in general.

i really do get the shock of that to some. i am currently paying $900 a month now for my truck. gonna shoot for $1000 a month for the new one if they want to sale it to me. the $1200 that he quoted was worse case scenario with 5.99% interest rate. another dealer is advertising 2.99%. so i will haggle with them or keep looking. $900-$1200 a month isn't bad when it is the only bill other then cost of living expenses.
