I was emailing them once a week for a update on my order, they were answering for awhile. Then just stopped responding. So, now have to go to dealer for info.

I didn't realize they haven't been around lately.
I took delivery of my truck 1/20 but before that I was PMing FordService back and forth every week getting updates on my order.
