Cravenspeed Raptor Dead Foot Pedal
I installed the subject Cravenspeed Dead Foot Pedal recently, which you guys might likewise enjoy. Although Cravenspeed's product title says "Raptor", its just as compatible with standard 2009-2014 F-150 (maybe earlier models too). You can read my product review posted on their site but here are a few pictures to illustrate how simple this footrest is to install, with no need to drill holes in the floorboard per noted installation instructions. I like it...

Its secured to the firewall using the existing threaded post, then rests at bottom against floorboard at point where there is a shoulder step. With that, its plenty secure for "normal" driving use while allowing removal of whatever type of mat is on top of OEM carpeted flooring...

After driving a higher-end German car, I really got used to a dead pedal. Much better body stabilizing for the driver.
A couple of years ago I got to missing that dead pedal and made my own. The mount uses 1 OEM bolt on the E-brake mechanism, and added 2 more stabilizing screws. I would never want to drive far without one... any one. It gives a driver so much better footing while off roading.
