Question CEL, Codes P0365 and P0369

Hello - I have a 2017 Ford Raptor and the dealership recently replaced a short vacuum harness (updated part) and a week or so later the CEL came on and when I did a scan, codes P0365 and P0369 came up. In reading other threads, I see that it’s electrical and has to do with a sensor. My questions are:
1. What’s the fix?
2. Thoughts on what happened? Or is it general wear and tear? I also installed a K&N CAI and had to get them to send me the “small straw/tube” thingy to clear up the codes from that. Had no issues until the short vacuum harness had to be replaced.
3. Thoughts on it being related to the harness being replaced?
You are probably wondering why I don’t just take it to the dealership and have them figure it out...well...I have a couple of other things on MR (My Raptor) that I really don’t feel like taking off before going to the dealership; so I thought I would get your thoughts first :-)

Appreciate the help!

Both codes are related to the cam position sensor. Which vacuum harness was replaced? There is no vacuum associated with the cam position sensor.
