I turned down a raptor at 1K under invoice....I guess I should have taken it and sold it.

I'm still searching for one at MSRP. There are three Raptors at my local dealerships (within an hours drive) and all of them have a $9995 dealer adjusted markup, one has been setting on the lot since early December. Went to all three, all three tell me the same garbage.
Conversation goes:
Me: Are you selling these at MSRP (me knowing they don't by looking at the sticker)?
Salesman: No sir, these are super rare trucks and not all dealerships are able to get them. So, what you see is listed as, is what it will sell for.
Me: Okay thanks, but I'll buy today if they will sell it at MSRP.
Salesman: (Laughing) Buddy, there is no way you'll ever to be able to buy one of these trucks at MSRP.
Me: I'm pretty sure I can, and it will not be from here.

Literally all three dealerships laughed when I offered to buy them for MSRP, lol. The one I want spec'd out online is $65k, and I'm supposedly still first on the list for the 2018 order allocations at one of my local dealers for a Raptor at MSRP so we will see. They only got one for 2017 and it sold the day it arrived for MSRP, I missed it by 2 hours.

Jordan Ford San Antonio has three. No signs, just sticker. Didn't ask, but those that are looking might give them a call. Great dealer to work with.

I wouldn't mind to hop on a plane and drive one back across the country over a weekend, but per Jordan Ford's website all Raptors are showing a $10,000 above MSRP.

Local dealer has been sitting on two for well over a month, probably over 2 months on one of them, with a $10K market adjustment.

My dealership as well as others in my area are $20,000 over. We were able to order 7, all 7 went for $20,000 over. Granted I work in the Bay Area just north of San Francisco and everything is much more expensive here, but people are writing checks for these things. It's crazy. We are buying allocations from other stores to sell more to our customers that want one and we are having to buy them for $8,000 over sticker. It's insane.
